Supervision of Students Policy

 The principal, teachers and staff of LOISS have a responsibility to supervise students in attendance of school. School personnel are expected to act as reasonable and prudent adults in providing for the safety of the students.

Students will be under assigned adult supervision at all times when they are in school, on school grounds during school operating hours, engaged in school-sponsored activities, in dormitories or being transported in school arranged transportation. Levels of supervision will take into account the number of students, the configuration of the area to be supervised and the enforcement of the safety rules.
